The EEP Commander is the defunct rank for the Commander in charge of the Elementary Education Program of the OCESS. There were usually two EEP Commanders per year, assigned from 1993-94 to 2006-07. The EEP Commanders had the same rank as the Planetarium Commanders under the Mission Commanders.
Evolution of the Position
After Stefan's Proposal to Change the Hierarchy, the EEP Commander position was going to be raised to a Club Head having responsibility over a third of the club. However, Jeff Gao was promoted to overall Education Commander after Guangye Cao, Planetarium Commander to-be for 2007-08, decided to stay in China.
