The Webmaster manages the day to day activities of the OCESS websites These are www.spacesim.org, [1], and this Wiki. The current webmaster is Ben Paul.
As of September 15th, 2006, the Webmaster has been issued with a nifty reproduction of a Soviet medal, which has an inscription that translates as "Glory to the Soviet Pilots!"

The Webmaster has an ambiguous rank within the Administration hierarchy. The Webmaster is generally a senior rank, as the Webmaster presides over and outranks the Wikimaster. Although officially classified as a Director, the Webmaster is frequently considered to be a Sub-commander. This is especially true in 2009-10 since Ben Paul is a grade 12.
