EEPs Handbook

The EEPs Handbook is a document passed down from Education Commander to Education Commander, although it has been known to fall into the hands of Mission Commanders and even Webmasters. The document is the electronic copy of the EEPs binders; it is a tome containing everything necessary to carry out EEPs. It was last seriously modified in September 2006, but remains a valuable tool in rejuvenating EEPs.
