At the program's founding, Terry Pritchett was the Teacher Advisor.  He held this position until [[1996-97]], when he left due to medical leave (pending retirement).  Maureen McLean took the position of interim Teacher Advisor for the [[1997-98]] mission. Craig Hussey then took over the position full-time in [[1998-99]], finishing in [[2001-02]].

The position of Admiral is the highest ranking within the OCESS, and is permanently held by the "Teacher Advisor" of the club.

Current Admiralty

The current admiral of the OCESS is Dr. James Magwood.

Former Admiralty

Terry Pritchett: Founder of the OBESS. Teacher Advisor 1988 to 1997. Retired.

Maureen McLean: Interim Teacher Advisor 1997-98.

Craig Hussey: Teacher Advisor 1998 to 2002.


Alumni

Alumni are fondly gifted with the title Vice-Admiral upon their graduation, and are always welcome to come back and explain to the lower-ranked members how much better Sim was in the "good ol' days."
