The Longhouse door is the door at the end of the Habitat's longhouse, which leads to the (hypothetical) engine room. Because the engine room is not pressurized, the longhouse will lose its atmosphere if the door opens through a malfunction, which unfortunately happens with depressing regularity on missions.
The door made enough of a nuisance of itself during Mission Prometheus that is was included on that year's blame list.
