Staffing
Shift-by-shift staffing is the responsibility of the FLIGHT director with the FAO and Habitat Commander.
Shift Change
- Shift Changes should allow each astronaut to engage in a new activity to alleviate boredom.
- Mission Control should request that a shift change be initiated
- Shift Changes should be reported to Mission Control if they did not request that a shift change be initiated
- Shift Changes should be logged in MC and in the Habitat
